This three-part course on Linux server configuration is a good enough intro, but the actual ‘learning’ is a bit thin. Also, the example assumes a fair bit of prior technical knowledge. The focus on using a virtual server with Vagrant tends to confuse matters. Still, there are a few useful tricks for new Linux users.
